* Payment for your photography session is due at the time of scheduling - please have a credit card ready to book your appointment.

* We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. Please make checks payable to Natalie Sinisgalli Photography.

* If you need to reschedule your shoot, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that availability may be limited. More than one scheduling change may result in an additional session fee.

*Weather: unfortunately, Rochester just cannot be counted on for great weather year-round! If it is raining on the day of your shoot, don't panic- Natalie has lots of tricks up her sleeve, and some of her most beautiful portraits have been taken in between rain showers (or standing under them!). Of course hurricane-force winds, ice storms or occurrences of fire and brimstone may result in us having to reschedule your shoot- but some gray, drizzly weather probably will not.

* Canceled checks will result in a $25 fee.
